Frequently Asked Questions

Google Pay can be used on Android devices that support NFC functionality and contactless payments.

Paying with Google Pay is secure — each transaction is confirmed with a unique code, and your card details are not stored on the device or shared with the merchant.

To ensure additional security:

• activate contactless payments only on your own device and do not share it with others;

• use a secure passcode or biometric authentication;

• regularly update your device’s software and use official app stores.

The merchant can process a refund in the same way as for a standard credit or debit card payment.

Information about your recent transactions is available in the digital wallet app under the relevant card or in the mobile banking app.

Suspending or removing a card from the digital wallet does not block the physical card.

You can continue using it as usual.

Google has set an age requirement — the minimum age to use the application is 13 years.
