FAQ
How can I use Apple Pay safely?
Apple Pay requires authentication on your device (Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode) before a payment is made.
For in-store payments, you typically double-click the side button (iPhone/Apple Watch), authenticate, and then hold your device near the contactless terminal.
Your card details are not shared with merchants during payment.
What happens if my iPhone or Apple Watch is lost or stolen?
If your device is lost or stolen, you can use Find My (or visit icloud.com/find) to locate, lock, or erase your device.
You can also remove your cards from Apple Wallet remotely. Since Apple Pay payments require device authentication, your card can’t be used with Apple Pay without Face ID/Touch ID/passcode.
How can I return a product purchased with Apple Pay?
Returns depend on the merchant’s policy. The merchant may ask you to present the same card in Apple Wallet that you used for the purchase.
If the merchant needs the last four digits of your card number, Apple Wallet shows the last four digits of the Device Account Number for Apple Pay.
How can I check my recent transactions?
You can view your card transactions in the BluOr Bank app and/or in your account statement, just like regular card purchases.
In Apple Wallet, you may also see recent activity for some cards (depending on card and device settings).
Can I still use my physical card after I block or remove it from Apple Wallet?
Yes. Removing a card from Apple Wallet stops payments with that device, but it doesn’t automatically block your physical card.
If you block your card in the BluOr Bank app, both physical and digital payments may be affected.
Can a minor use Apple Pay?
This depends on the user’s age and Apple’s settings. Apple Pay on iPhone requires the user to be able to add a card to Wallet.
If a child uses Apple Pay via Family Sharing / Apple Cash (where available), availability and requirements may vary by country and Apple rules.
